I have the tax experience with KPMG New York, Tokyo and Honolulu over twenty years. My expertise is Japanese tax advices and preparation of tax returns such as corporate and individual taxes for Japanese subsidiaries of US and European corporations and expatriates. Other working experience was US corporate, individual taxes and accounting services for US subsidiaries of Japanese companies at KPMG New York and Honolulu. I have been experiencing on Japanese local real property (both land and building) tax saving since 2000. My success rate was between 25% and 30% per each year. I can provide other tax services such as preparation of Japanese local business occupancy tax return, depreciable assets tax return and inheritance/estate tax return.
Other services are available as below if necessary.
- Incorporating a new company or setting up a Japan branch of a foreign corporation.
- Bookkeeping service using Japanese accounting software or reviewing service of QuickBooks.
